HORDE sign handmade sculpture

1. Sculpting the horde shield using air drying white clay
2. Adding the horns on the side
3. Making the back
(In order to strengthen the internal structure of the sculpture i ve put some
iron braces in some places of it.)
4,5. Making the horns on the top
6. Adding some toothpicks
7. Adjusting the cloth at the back
8. Making the platform. The tripod consists of three wooden pencils cut and bound together. It's painted with shoe polish (It's just awesome for varnishing wood!)
9,10. Adjusting the chain and the feathers- feathers are made of wool and glue, then painted. Finally, I painted the sculpture with acrylics, tempera paint, shoe polish, and glitter glue (to give the shield a metallic color) and phhew! It's finally done.
